How far in advance are you booked?The best way to determine if I'm available for your event is to call directly. It's never too early to reach out so there is plenty of time for planning and customization. This is especially true if your event requires specific color schemes, custom backdrops, or props.

How early can you setup before my event?I can setup most balloon displays 24-36 hours maximum in advance assuming the event is indoors with air conditioning and not in direct sunlight. These displays include arches, walls, columns, centerpieces and garlands that do not require helium. Any helium bouquets need to be set up a maximum of 4 hours prior to any event. Helium balloons last longer when they are larger sized, foil and indoors with air conditioning. Balloons of any kind that will be outdoors need to be setup a maximum of 4 hours prior to the event start time for the best outcome

What kind of balloon displays do you create?I can create custom balloon displays based upon client's event needs. These include displays that are traditional or organic including arches, backdrops, bouquets, centerpieces, columns and garlands.

Can I rent a backdrop with you?We offer a 7 ft circle arch, 6x4 ft photo greenery wall, 8 x 10 white drapery curtain, and an 8x10 backdrop stand if you already have a backdrop. I can also order custom backdrops with names and theming for the circle arch and a rectangular backdrop. Design services are included.

What is the pricing for your balloon work?Pricing is determined by the cost of materials, labor and delivery mileage. This will vary based on the volume of balloon displays ordered and the nature of the work. The Balloon Menu has an overview of pricing. Please reach out if you have an idea not offered or you would like me to design something custom for your event.
